The Hyatt Regency business brand will appear in Nairobi and Lagos over the next three years, after setting up in Johannesburg, Dar es Salaam and Addis Ababa.<\/p>\n<p>In parallel with this development in Africa, <strong>Hyatt expands its offering in Europe<\/strong>particularly in Portugal, with the planned opening of a Hyatt Regency at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/lisbonne-demain-aujourdhui-20190703.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lisbon<\/a> in 2022 and the announcement of an Andaz hotel expected in the Portuguese capital by 2024. The American group's luxury and lifestyle brand will set up <strong>in the heart of the lively Baix district<\/strong>a, along Rua Augusta, in the former offices of one of the country's leading banks, Banco Portugu\u00eas de Investimento (BPI), whose transformation was entrusted to architects Andreas M\u00f6schel and Pedro Reis and Bastir Interior Design.<\/p>\n<p>While four other satellite buildings will house a number of private suites, the hotel's central building will offer 169 rooms. There will also be a rooftop bar and restaurant, a spa-fitness centre and Andaz Studio spaces for business meetings and events. Lisbon will be the <strong>sixth<\/strong> Andaz in Europe, after Munich, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/hyatt-europe-andaz-centric-20190507.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vienna<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/3-questions-a-arnaud-de-saint-exupery-directeur-general-dandaz-liverpool-street-20110402.html\/\"
