On completion of the three current projects, Accor will operate a total of 291 keys in Djibouti by 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>Heron district<\/strong>close to the new free trade zone, embassies and upmarket residential areas, will see the launch in 2023 of a solution for <strong>long-term stays<\/strong> with a Pullman Living with 131 one-, two- and three-bedroom flats. Also in this district, an existing hotel, Les Acacias, will be renovated and reopened in 2022 under the Novotel brand. The programme includes 110 rooms - 40 more than at present - an open-air restaurant and caf\u00e9, a swimming pool and a fitness centre.<\/p>\n<p>For its part, the MGallery brand of upmarket boutique hotels will be setting up in 2022 in the Central Business District, within a<strong> historic building transformed into a 50-key hotel<\/strong> which, in addition to a restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre, will also have meeting and conference rooms.<\/p>\n<p>\"\u00a0<em>The location of these establishments close to the Heron district and the CBD, and the natural strategic position
