But already, its developer, the Fondimmo property group, has announced its intention to make it no less than<strong>a national and international benchmark<\/strong>. His project has just won the competition launched by the SNCF to build a hotel complex along a former railway line running along the coast from Cap d'Ail to Monaco.<\/p>\n<p>Just a stone's throw from the principality and its luxury hotels, the future establishment will benefit from the renown of its manager, the group <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/luxe-kempinski-20171206.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kempinski<\/a>who heads up the prestigious Adlon in Berlin and the Ciragan Palace in Istanbul.
