This is what the <strong>ADP Group<\/strong> in its latest traffic analysis. In October, the two Paris hubs of<strong>Orly<\/strong> and <strong>Roissy-CDG<\/strong> welcomed 2.3 million passengers. This represents <strong>a drop in traffic of 75.6 % compared with October 2019. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In detail, the fall was as follows <strong>81.7% at CDG<\/strong> with 1.22 million passengers. <strong>Orly<\/strong> held up a little better: passenger traffic stood at 1.04 million, a fall of <strong>60,3%<\/strong> compared with the same month last year.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #a71f31\">At the end of October, Paris airports handled 30 million passengers<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>At the end of October, combined traffic at the two airports reached <strong>30 million passengers, down 67.3%<\/strong> compared with the ten months of 2019. Roissy saw 20.5 million passengers (-68.3%) and Orly 9.6 million passengers (-64.8%).<\/p>\n<p>By geographical cluster, unsurprisingly <strong>North America and Asia posted the worst performances<\/strong>. Their traffic has fallen by 78.4% and 77.4% respectively since January. European traffic is down 69.5%, while domestic traffic is down 55.4%. Only the <strong>DROM-COM<\/strong> (ex DOM-TOM) <strong>fared slightly better at -44.3%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The ADP group is drawing the necessary conclusions: at Paris-Charles de Gaulle, only<strong> terminals 2E, 2F and 2AC<\/strong> continue to handle all commercial passenger traffic. At Paris-Orly, the airport operator now only operates<strong>Orly 3<\/strong>. <strong>Orly 1 has been closed<\/strong> <strong>on 11 November, while operations at Orly 4 were suspended on 18 November.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For 2021, the operator estimates that traffic should fluctuate within a range representing <strong>45% to 55% figures for 2019<\/strong>. Growth is likely to resume from April 2021, followed by an upturn in the summer.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Faced with the collapse in traffic with the return of confinement measures throughout Europe, the ADP group is maintaining the closure of Hall 1 at Orly.
