Following in the footsteps of the IHG group with its Hualuxe brand - which has 12 hotels open and 24 in the pipeline - the American hotelier is launching the UrCove brand.<strong> a brand specially dedicated to the Chinese market<\/strong>. Developed as part of a joint venture between Hyatt and BTG Homeinns and positioned in the mid-range \"plus\" segment, it is designed to exploit \"the potential of the hotel\".\u00a0<em>the enormous potential of the country's emerging middle class and the growing trends in domestic travel<\/em>\" said Stephen Ho, Hyatt's President of Growth and Operations for Asia Pacific.<\/p>\n<p>Electronic check-in\/check-out, 24-hour restaurant and gym, self-service laundry, multifunctional space for business and social meetings: <strong>the brand is primarily targeting business travellers<\/strong>. The location of the first five establishments also confirms this business dimension.<\/p>\n<p>In Shanghai, the brand's first three hotels are located in <strong>the Jing'an central business district<\/strong>In Chengdu, the UrCove Chengdu City Center is in the heart of the Chengdu Digital Square business district, while in Nakin, the hotel is adjacent to Nanjing South Railway Station. The same situation applies in Chengdu, where the UrCove Chengdu City Center is at the heart of the Chengdu Digital Square business district, while in Nakin, the hotel is adjacent to Nanjing South Railway Station, <strong>one of the world's largest rail hubs<\/strong> in China.<\/p>\n<p>\"\u00a0<em>With a <strong>growing number of hotels<\/strong> which are due to open in China's gateway cities over the next few years, we aim to meet the needs of more frequent business travellers.<\/em>\" said Elton Sun, Managing Director of the joint
