To achieve the sustainable targets unveiled a few months ago - namely 50% electric vehicles in <strong>2025<\/strong> and the elimination of diesel vehicles from <strong>2024<\/strong> on the French market - new measures are coming into force. It reaches <strong>0.03 euros per kilometre<\/strong>This means an increase of \u20ac0.15 for a journey of 5 km, for example between the 9th arrondissement in Paris and the Gare de Lyon, or \u20ac0.75 for a journey of 25 km, such as between Marseille city centre and the airport. This 'extra' applies to the entire range of Uber vehicles (UberX, Berline, Comfort, Van, Pool, Access as well as the UberX). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/uber-moto-paris-20201001.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">new Moto offer<\/a>), with only the Uber Green service escaping the increase. \" <em>To encourage our users to use Uber Green, which allows them to order a hybrid or electric vehicle, this option becomes the cheapest way to travel with Uber.<\/em> \"the platform's managers stress.<\/p>\n<p>What's more, this increase is in fact a <strong>contributing to the development of a green fleet on the French market<\/strong>. In fact, Uber's management claims that \" <em>This rate increase will be dedicated to 100% drivers.<\/em> \"This will give them access to financial assistance to acquire an electric vehicle. This support should be equally divided between the contribution paid by users and the support promised by Uber. For example, according to Uber, \" <em>a driver who uses the app for around 42 hours a week can expect to receive support of around \u20ac4,500 after three years thanks to the joint effort: \u20ac2,250 funded by the \u20ac0.03 per kilometre increase on each journey made and \u20ac2,250 funded by Uber<\/em> \".
