The French fintech, which specialises in smart corporate cards and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/notes-de-frais-parcours-utilisateur-simplifie-20191113.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">dematerialisation of expense claim management<\/a>concluded a <strong>strategic partnership with Flying Blue<\/strong>American Express and its co-branded card linked to the Air France frequent flyer programme.<\/p>\n<p>\"\u00a0<em>We're proud to be able to forge this French alliance between a small but fast-growing child and an aerospace giant.<\/em>\" says <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/paiement-interview-leteurtre-mooncard-20190827.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tristan Leteurtre<\/a>Chairman of Mooncard, the number of customers now exceeds 3,000 companies. \"\u00a0<em>Air France became an early adopter of our payment solution<\/em>also explains the co-founder of the fintech in 2016.<em> We were faced with a group keen to reinvent itself, to see new models. Business lunches, transport, accommodation, purchases of equipment or supplies: every euro spent enables travellers to earn miles which are added to those accumulated on their Flying Blue account. All up to <strong>10 miles for every 10 euros spent on the classic Mooncard Corporate card<\/strong> and the Mooncard Mobility fuel card, and 15 miles for 10 euros for the premium Mooncard X.<\/p>\n<p>Compared to the American Express offer, Mooncard intends to distinguish itself with a larger welcome bonus, 7,000 Miles for the Mooncard Corporate and 21,000 Miles for the Mooncard X. But the main difference lies in its overall acceptability. Affiliated to the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/interview-flory-visa-20201218.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Visa<\/a>Mooncard cards can be used to<strong> in 100 % French and international stores<\/strong>. \"\u00a0<em>For example, even if it doesn't earn a lot of miles, a teleworking employee can earn miles by buying a sandwich in his bakery.<\/em>\" says Tristan Leteurtre.<\/p>\n<p>At a time when business trips are becoming increasingly rare, frequent travellers will find an alternative way to<strong> earn miles for professional and\/or personal use<\/strong>. As these miles are nominative, they can be used to purchase award tickets and upgrades on Skyteam alliance airlines, as well as access to airport lounges and stays in hotels, particularly those of the Accor group, not to mention the purchase of gifts and products from the 1,200 references available.<\/p>\n<p>\"\u00a0<em>From the outset, we have campaigned for <strong>bring benefits to our cardholders<\/strong>For example, to ensure that employees no longer have to advance money into their personal accounts, to automate their purchases and the management of expense accounts, etc.<\/em>explains Tristan Leteurtre.<em> In addition to these gains in efficiency and productivity, we began to dream of adding benefits to all this, like miles.<\/em>\"\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The launch of this tie-up with Air France's loyalty programme rounds off a busy period of innovation, despite the pandemic. In March, just before the first confinement, the fintech unveiled its Mooncard X corporate card. This <strong>premium version of the corporate card<\/strong> gives you access to a 24\/7 personal assistant and a dedicated travel agency, as well as privileged status with 60,000 suppliers (rental companies, airport rental companies, florists, etc.), in addition to top-of-the-range travel and IT insurance.<\/p>\n<p>Last summer, the fintech also launched its<strong> Mooncard Mobility fuel card<\/strong>accepted in 100 % service stations, car parks and toll plazas, and will soon be available for use at electric recharging points. A solution chosen after a call for tenders by the French government and deployed in more than 500 public establishments (Matignon, Ministries, Armed Forces, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n<aside
