The Radisson Group's luxury brand has unveiled <strong>a first hotel in China, in Shanghai,<\/strong> in the central district of Xujiahui, close to numerous office towers and picturesque tree-lined avenues.<\/p>\n<p>\"\u00a0<em>We are delighted to launch our first Radisson Collection hotel in Shanghai, a prime destination for business and leisure. This is another milestone in our expansion and in the projection of the brand's strong growth in the region.<\/em>\" said Katerina Giannouka, President of the Radisson Hotel Group's Asia-Pacific region.<\/p>\n<p>Adjacent to historic villas and 1930s Art Deco buildings, the Radisson Collection, Xing Guo Shanghai presents itself as a \"hotel with a difference\".<strong> an urban oasis<\/strong> set in a vast garden with manicured lawns. The hotel's 16 floors house 185 comfortable rooms and suites, ranging in size from 30 to 54 m2, and feature cutting-edge solutions such as an air purification system and intelligent sensors. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/voyages-affaires-feminin-20180423.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>business travellers<\/strong> <\/a>have a whole floor dedicated to them, the Madame Li floor, with rooms equipped with special amenities such as a Dyson Supersonic hairdryer and a lounge reserved for this clientele.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, an Executive Lounge is dedicated to all VIP guests and boasts 270-degree views of the city from the hotel's top floor. On the restaurant front, the Radisson Collection, Xing Guo Shanghai offers <strong>four restaurants and bars<\/strong>including a Chinese restaurant focusing on Cantonese cuisine and Shanghai specialities, and a chic lounge for inventive cocktails.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel has the following facilities for business guests <strong>several venues reserved for meetings and events<\/strong> with a capacity of 1,000 people: the 360 m2 Villa Eight Conference Centre, the Li pavilion and Villa One Hazelwood. A total of eight meeting rooms, including a 12-person boardroom and a vast 180-person ballroom. The gardens are also ideal for top-of-the-range events.<\/p>\n<p>This first in Shanghai will be followed in the second quarter of 2021 by a second hotel in China, the Radisson Collection Resort, Nanjing.<strong> Other brand establishments are also planned<\/strong> in Paris, Milan, Budapest and Venice in Europe, as well as in Cairo, Sri Lanka and Queenstown, New Zealand.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Radisson Group's luxury brand is making its debut in Asia-Pacific with a hotel in Shanghai.
