The announcement of a pilot phase for Covid's solution for digitising test results comes just one day after that made by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/air-caraibes-french-bee-aokpass-20210216.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">French Bee and Air Cara\u00efbes<\/a>. In this context, Covid tests will have to be carried out in a<strong> approved laboratory<\/strong>AOKpass is a partner of numerous laboratories around the world, including the Cerballiance and Biogroup groups in France.<\/p>\n<p>This pilot phase will enable us to see how the application works in real-life conditions and to gather feedback from test customers. Air France will then share its <strong>feedback from other airlines in the Skyteam alliance<\/strong>which are currently testing different solutions for digitising healthcare documents.<\/p>\n<p>\"<em> Improving and simplifying the customer experience is an ongoing priority for Air France<\/em>said Catherine Villar, Head of Customer Experience at Air France. <em>The testing of the ICC AOKpass solution is fully in line with this framework and with the approach initiated by the introduction of the <strong>Air France Protect label<\/strong><\/em> \". The health measures put in place by the airline, which are grouped together under this label and regularly reviewed as the situation evolves, have enabled Air France to recently obtain four stars in
