In this way, the business travel agency intends to assert the <strong>flexibility<\/strong> to manage their business travel. This flexibility is made possible in particular by <strong>new technology platform under development<\/strong>. FCM is developing a proprietary technology based on feedback from its users worldwide. TMC remains rather evasive about the <strong>new functions<\/strong> that future users, travellers and travel managers in particular, can expect, but also the <strong>use of artificial intelligence<\/strong> for the<strong>use of data<\/strong> to generate <strong>reporting<\/strong>. According to TMC management, this new platform will be based on <strong>six pillars<\/strong>namely: \" <em>a globally consistent booking experience, always-on travel assistance, support for traveller safety and wellbeing, sustainability, AI-based reporting and savings generation, and flexible integration capabilities<\/em> \".<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Development of the core FCM platform is already well advanced<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It remains to be seen when the <strong>launch of this new platform<\/strong>. Here again, the business travel agency is rather stingy with details, but Adrian Lopez, Global Chief Technology Officer, says: \" <em>The development of the core FCM platform is <strong>already well
