However, these digital certificates are not the only measures attracting the attention of business travellers, according to the new survey carried out by Amadeus at the beginning of the year among <strong>1,400 passengers<\/strong> in seven markets, including France, but also Germany, India, Japan, Spain, the United States and Japan. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/union-europeenne-reouverture-americains-20210426.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">United States<\/a> and the UK. L'<strong>information<\/strong> is also crucial, whether we are talking about up-to-date data on <strong>health and travel restrictions<\/strong>by destination (8.4 out of 10), or for the <strong>health protocol at the hotel or office<\/strong> (8.1). In addition, the functionality of the <strong>contactless payment<\/strong> (8.1) is also a factor of confidence for travellers, with compulsory testing or a vaccination certificate before boarding ranking fifth. This eliminates the need to touch payment terminals or handle paper receipts, while expense reports are automated in the background.<\/em> \"says Rudy Daniello, Executive Vice President Corporations, Amadeus. \" <em>Travellers can also access information on travel restrictions, COVID-19 prevalence and hygiene factors at the time of booking. Even if this seems difficult today, <strong>technological innovations can make business travel easier than in 2019<\/strong><\/em> \".<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>travellers are keen to travel if the right security measures are in place, which is extremely encouraging for the business travel sector<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>With such safeguards in place, the vast majority of travellers are inclined to return to business trips. According to this Amadeus study, <strong>84 % business travellers<\/strong> say they would travel now if the appropriate safety measures were in place. The figure is as high as 87 % for regular travellers. \" <em>Our results show that travellers are eager to travel if the right <strong>safety measures<\/strong> are in place, which is extremely encouraging for the business travel sector.<\/em> \"says Rudy Daniello. \" <em>Although vaccination takes time, companies and travel agencies can take a number of steps now to protect and reassure travellers<\/em> \"he continues.<\/p>\n<h3>Good resolutions and compliance<\/h3>\n<p>What's more, according to Amadeus, this unprecedented context has clearly raised awareness among business travellers. They are taking a fresh look at the <strong>travel policy<\/strong> of their company, given the economic environment... Thus, the study underlines that 96 % of the people questioned would be happy to adhere more closely to their company's travel policy if it enabled them to legitimise business travel. If this survey is to be believed, the <strong>compliance<\/strong> should therefore become almost systematic, whereas previously only <strong>a third of business travellers (33 %) complied fully with the travel policy<\/strong>... Today, two thirds (66%) of mobile professionals are planning to <strong>respect it at 100 %<\/strong>The aim is to make these journeys more cost-effective. Without going so far as to follow travel rules to the letter, 3 out of 10 passengers say they are prepared to make an effort.
