It has now done so, with the presentation of its series of event packages \"\u00a0<strong>Together by Hyatt<\/strong>\" . Room layout, distancing, signage: these measures have been adapted to host meetings, with the added possibility of helping organisers to frame their events with<strong> Covid tests<\/strong>. Hyatt works with specialist suppliers for this purpose. \"\u00a0<em>We are here to help organisers explore the possibilities and reach their participants in a creative and effective way.<\/em>\" said Jack Horne, Hyatt's Global Head of Sales and Revenue.<\/p>\n<p>Creativity and efficiency are naturally linked to the quality of the technology supporting hybrid meetings. In this context, while a player like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/accor-microsoft-reunions-hybrides-20210217.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Accor, for example, has turned to an American giant<\/a>Microsoft, Hyatt has turned to <strong>a French start-up<\/strong> ! In this case, Swapcard, which specialises in hybrid events and artificial intelligence, applied in particular to the experience of remote participants. The result of this collaboration is the \"Together by Hyatt Powered by Swapcard\" technology platform, which gives organisers access to<strong> a tailor-made solution to unify on-site and virtual experiences<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, while many professionals look at these hybrid meetings with bewilderment, the Together by Hyatt programme aims to help them make the most of them. Together by Hyatt is therefore designed to be an integral part of the experience. <b>well-being at the heart of professional events<\/b>s. Meeting planners, for example, can punctuate their meetings with sessions of meditation, breathing exercises or relaxation music, all offered by Headspace, the world leader in mindfulness.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Hyatt, owner of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/hotellerie-grande-valse-marques-20200102.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">top-of-the-range wellness brand Miraval<\/a>The Miraval project, for example, brings synergies into play internally. Miraval's experts have designed a number of experiments which can also be added to the agenda of meetings, such as<strong> stretching exercises<\/strong> or yoga-inspired activities focusing on attention to intentions.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, since the quality of the catering is also a dimension of well-being, Hyatt is developing its culinary offerings in creative ways for both on-site and remote participants.
