This coworking brand, already integrated into hotels in Chicago and London Southwark, will undergo a new development in Brussels. A logical expansion, given the location occupied by the Hoxton brand, namely the<strong>IBM's former European headquarters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In the summer of 2022, this Brutalist tower located near the Botanical Gardens and Place Rogier will house 198 rooms with decor inspired by its original setting in the 1970s. The hotel will also feature a restaurant and a <strong>rooftop bar\/terrace<\/strong>. On the business side, Working_From will occupy five floors of the building, with open-plan offices, studios, break-out areas and shared kitchens on each floor. Expected to open in spring 2022 in the fashionable Poblenou district, just 20 minutes from both the Sagrada Familia and the beach, the hotel will have 240 rooms. For the occasion, the Hoxton brand is also exploring<strong> a new niche: long stays<\/strong>s, with its 'Homey' category, with larger rooms equipped with a lounge area and kitchenette. It's enough to settle in for several days to take the time to enjoy the hotel's other facilities, including its ground-floor terrace bar and, what's more, its shaded rooftop swimming pool, complete with a taqueria specialising in tacos.<\/p>\n<p>In Berlin, the brand is located within the walls of the former Mark Hotel,<strong> repositioned in lifestyle<\/strong> combining 239 rooms of various sizes, a bar and restaurant, as well as The Apartment meeting and event space. Located in Charlottenburg, West Berlin, the new hotel is due to open in summer 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Later that year, in winter, Hoxton added<strong> a fourth London address<\/strong>its home town. This time, the brand has not chosen the east of the British capital as for its previous hotels, but will be moving to the west, on Shepherd's Bush Green, not far from Portobello Road. In addition to a restaurant with terrace, a bar and a relaxed lobby, the hotel will have 237 rooms, including <strong>a new, more affordable category<\/strong>called Hideout. The Apartment meetings area is also on the programme.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, The Hoxton will continue its European expansion in Vienna, in the spring. As in Brussels, the brand will take up residence in a former 1950s office building, <strong>the former headquarters of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce<\/strong>located on Rudolf-Sallinger-Platz, not far from the Stadtpark. The hotel will have 196 rooms, a rooftop bar and swimming pool, a basement speakeasy and The Apartment meeting and events space.
