American tourists are once again allowed to visit the archipelago, without any restrictive measures.<\/p>\n<p>Above all, from 9 June, the<strong>Vaccinated travellers will be able to visit Polynesia without having to demonstrate a \"compelling reason\".<\/strong>. However, they must <strong>prove that they have been fully vaccinated 14 days before departure<\/strong>. The High Commission of the Republic in French Polynesia will publish the official decree in a few days' time, providing further details.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #a71f31\">Air Tahiti Nui, Air France and French Bee between Paris and Papeete<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>This <strong>The gradual unlocking of Polynesia means that flights can resume<\/strong> between the region and the rest of the world. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/interview-mathieu-bechonnet-air-tahiti-nui-20200727.html\/\"><strong>Air Tahiti Nui<\/strong><\/a>Tahiti's main air operator, has published its flight schedule for June. <strong>The carrier will operate 16 flights from Paris via Vancouver to Papeete<\/strong>. On departure from Tahiti, Air Tahiti Nui offers 18 frequencies to Paris CDG. The airline also offers <strong>17 rotations to and from Los Angeles<\/strong>. However, services to Auckland in New Zealand and to Japan remain suspended.<\/p>\n<p>From his side, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/liaisons-intercontinentales-air-france-klm-20210531.html\/\">Air France<\/a> is gaining momentum on the Paris CDG-Papeete route<\/strong> (via Vancouver). The airline will be offering up to three weekly frequencies this summer. Also between mainland France and French Polynesia, the <strong>low-cost French Bee<\/strong> also offers a weekly flight via Pointe-\u00e0-Pitre. From July, it will also be ramping up its services, offering three frequencies a week.<\/p>\n<p>Another piece of good news is the return of the leading international carrier to the island. <strong>United Airlines relaunches the San Francisco-Papeete route<\/strong>. The US carrier is offering three flights a week with Boeing Dreamliner 787-9 aircraft.<\/p>\n<p><strong>At the same time, the authorities in French Polynesia are continuing to ease restrictions on the territory<\/strong>. The curfew will apply at 11pm from 9 June (instead of 10pm). It will also be possible to organise events for up to 800 people in indoor public establishments. In the private sector, up to 1,000 people seated will be able to take part in events. The protocol stipulates a minimum distance of one free seat between each person.
