Launched several decades ago, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flotauto.com\/dossier\/cartes-carburant-reseaux-services\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">this fuel card<\/a> is now <strong>accepted at over 17,000 service stations in 17 European countries<\/strong>These include 3,500 in France, both from Total and its partners. Over time, services such as fleet management tools and on-board telematics have been added to the card, as have new service providers with whom Total has agreements and negotiated discounts. In other words, 1,085 Wash car washes and 1,600 partner car parks, as well as the main toll plazas in Europe, <strong>120,000 electric recharging points<\/strong> in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>\"\u00a0<em>The world is changing, and customer expectations are evolving. So it was important to offer <strong>a complementary product<\/strong><\/em>\" explained Philippe Callejon, Director of Mobility and New Energies at TotalEnergies Marketing France. Pauline Bovyn, Director of Mobility and New Energies Marketing France, gives the example of an SME whose sales staff go out into the field: <em>\"They go away for several days, stay in hotels, have lunch in restaurants and invite guests.<\/em>\u00a0\"In addition to the benefits of the Fleet Card, all these expenses can now be paid using the Mobility Corporate Card.<\/p>\n<p>Issued in collaboration with Cr\u00e9dit Mutuel on the payment side, this new card is above all <strong>backed by the Mastercard network<\/strong>It is therefore accepted almost without limit by retailers. What's more, this card simplifies the management of expense reimbursements and bills. For the company, there are no more advances to make, since<strong> the card is deferred on the company's account<\/strong>. At the same time, employees simply scan the restaurant bill or ticket and the information is fed back into the company's management tools. All from a dedicated application described as intuitive.<\/p>\n<p>At all times, <strong>travellers will be able to manage their expenses on their phone<\/strong>and also track authorisations. The Mobility Corporate Card gives companies control over how it is used. The management portal, which is based on the existing Fleet Card portal, enables companies to <strong>real-time settings for each card<\/strong>It also allows you to set ceilings, whether on a daily or monthly basis, or on the number of transactions. It also allows you to set spending limits, whether per day or per month, or a certain number of transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to the launch of this new offer, TotalEnergies tested the solution at four of its subsidiaries in France by equipping some of their employees, including sales staff, technicians and managers. This launch is in line with the trend towards<strong> towards global mobility management within companies<\/strong>This is the first time that a Fleet card has been issued, covering the management of vehicle fleets and business travel.
