However, the rules laid down by each country - and which may appear restrictive in the texts - have to contend with the pragmatism of everyday life. This is particularly true when travelling in cross-border areas. For low-risk countries, a registration form is required (www.einreiseanmeldung.de). This may include a test and quarantine. People who have been vaccinated or completely cured are not subject to these last two measures. To find out which areas are considered to be at risk, consult the Robert Koch Institute's list, which is updated every week (www.rki.de\/risikogebiete). The measure applies from countries classified as low risk. Note that the distinction between business and non-business travel will be abolished from 1 July. As well as countries on list 2, but only for arrivals by air.  Please note that only travellers who have been vaccinated or cured may visit Finland as tourists. You can apply for an exemption on the following website <a href=\"http:\/\/ugyintezes.police.hu\/en\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">ugyintezes.police.hu\/en\/home<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Iceland :<\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>Form :<\/em> <\/strong>pre-registration form to be completed before departure.<br \/>\n<strong><em>Fully vaccinated or immunised travellers :<\/em><\/strong> proof of certificate.<br \/>\n<strong><em>Tests required for people who have not been vaccinated:<\/em> <\/strong>A PCR test less than 72 hours old is required to enter Iceland. An isolation phase of five to six days is also required, with a PCR test on arrival and another at the end of the quarantine period.<br \/>\n<strong><em>Age of children where these formalities are not necessary :<\/em> <\/strong>under-16s.<br \/>\n<strong><em>Information website :<\/em> <\/strong>www.covid.is. Since 1 July, Belgium, Denmark, Greece, Latvia, Sweden and Switzerland have joined this green list. Only French Guiana is in the red zone, and travel from this department is restricted to essential travel, and is also subject to quarantine.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Information website :<\/strong><\/em> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.government.nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">www.government.nl<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Norway :<\/h3>\n<p>Norway will join the European certificate system from <strong>5 July<\/strong>.<strong> Fully vaccinated travellers and immunised persons will be free to enter the country.<\/strong> Others will have to declare their trip digitally 72 hours before arrival. These travellers will also have to provide proof of a negative PCR test less than 72 hours old, and undergo a test on arrival at the border. People who have received a first dose of the vaccine within three to fifteen weeks - and children under 18 - will also have to be vaccinated,<strong> they will be forced to self-isolate, which may end with a PCR test after three days<\/strong>. For unvaccinated 18-year-olds, quarantine is carried out in a hotel for the first three days, followed by self-isolation for the next four.
