Things are moving in the world of corporate payments. Following the announcement by TotalEnergies a new corporate card dedicated to mobility<\/a>, Jenji launches its own range of cards for business expenses<\/strong>. Since its creation in 2015, this player has made a name for itself for its solution dedicated to dematerialising and managing expense reports. Today, Jenji<\/a> has added a 'payment' component to its offering, with a solution directly connected to its expense management platform. \"Payment is an essential service in expense management. The development of Jenji Pay was therefore a natural step.<\/em>\"explained Pierre Queinnec, CEO and co-founder of Jenji.<\/p>\n

The Jenji Pay solution is based on Visa acceptance network<\/a> and is available in two ways. On the one hand, it includes a virtual card for online purchases, which can be single-use or multiple-use, nominative or shared by a team. Secondly, Jenji offers the Jenji Corporate Card<\/strong>. A debit card for companies, this plastic payment card also has a digital dimension, as it is linked in real time to Jenji's mobile application and web app. This makes it easy for employees to use, since payments are automatically integrated into the tool and can be made directly from the card. payment information is attached directly to the expense<\/strong>This means that employees can easily add information about their purchases. And all of this in real time, one of the main thrusts of Jenji's offering, for optimum expense tracking, with all transactions available on a single interface.<\/p>\n

\"Visa and Mastercard have had authorisation a few milliseconds later for a very long time. We thought the market would move faster<\/strong>that major issuers would soon be able to offer this possibility.<\/em>says Pierre Queinnec. However, what we see with our customers are still fleets of corporate cards based on traditional systems, D+1, 22H, which are not at all real-time and plug & play.<\/em>\u00a0\"<\/p>\n

With its new solution, Jenji aims to respond to a number of challenges facing its customers, in particular limiting integration costs by moving towards dynamic card programme management. \"We've seen with covid that sending cards home can be complicated. On the other hand, with the rise of teleworking, managing the card programme now requires a degree of flexibility<\/strong><\/em>stresses Jenji's co-founder. Hence our digital solution, which makes it very easy to order cards, but also to create them for a limited time.<\/em>\u00a0\"It's a solution that also gives companies control, since the card can be configured according to their spending policy: limits, ceilings, categories, days and hours of use. \"\u00a0It goes even further with a capability that, to my knowledge, has not yet been seen on the market, that of be able to set rules for each business line<\/strong><\/em>says Pierre Queinnec. Our expense tool synchronises with HR data, ERP systems and call centres. From there, you can set rules. For example, if this payment arrives for a C4 type executive, I want to let everything go through up to a maximum of so much. Some sectors have very important HR data that reflect the type of lump-sum payments. Until now, we couldn't set up the programme in such a dynamic way.<\/em>\u00a0\"<\/p>\n

Jenji now has more than 35,000 customers<\/strong> in all business sectors, including SMEs, but especially ETIs and larger players such as Matmut, GRT Gaz and the French National Assembly. The Jenji Pay solution will begin to be deployed on corporate accounts, before being extended to SMEs in the coming weeks.
