A segment towards which<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/hyatt-mille-pass-sanitaire-reunions-20210316.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Hyatt Group<\/a> has taken a major step forward by announcing the acquisition of Apple Leisure Group (ALG). This key player in top-of-the-range all-inclusive holidays boasts around a hundred resorts grouped together within the<strong>AMR Collection<\/strong> and available under six brands: Secrets, Dreams, Breathless, Zo\u00ebtry, Alua and Sunscape. In addition, there is ALG Vacations, a leisure travel distribution platform, and the Unlimited Vacation Club, whose membership is growing rapidly. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of the year at a price of<strong> 2.7 billion paid in cash<\/strong> to ALG's owners, investors KKR and KSL Capital Partners.<\/p>\n<p>This major acquisition will enable Hyatt to <strong>double its range of resorts worldwide<\/strong> and will establish the American group as one of the leading players in top-of-the-range all-inclusive holidays in Mexico and the Caribbean. \"\u00a0<em>ALG's portfolio of luxury brands, its leadership in the all-inclusive segment and its strong pipeline of new resorts will enable us to expand our footprint in existing and new markets, including Europe.<\/em>\" said Mark Hoplamazian, CEO of Hyatt.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, while the AMR Collection is already present in Europe, in particular<strong> in Spain and Greece<\/strong>Hyatt intends to build on this base to expand its range of resorts in Europe.\u00a0<em>a key region for global growth in leisure travel<\/em>\" according to the hotel group.Of the 24 projects currently under development by the AMR Collection, a number concern the European continent.<\/p>\n<p>While Hyatt is aiming to win over leisure customers with all these resorts reserved for adults or more family-oriented, the <strong>business groups<\/strong> are another target group for these establishments. In fact, a good half of them have all the facilities needed to host corporate or incentive events, from meetings to sports activities and gala dinners on the
