The airline has decided to increase the number of flights it operates by easing travel health protocols and thus resuming traffic.<\/p>\n<p>SAS has just revealed what its network will look like from this autumn. <strong>The airline will be operating more than 160 direct routes to 90 destinations from October onwards<\/strong>. In detail, this programme will include <strong>57 destinations from Copenhagen<\/strong>its main hub. But also <strong>52 destinations from Stockholm-Arlanda<\/strong> and <strong>47 destinations from Oslo<\/strong>. SAS also connects a handful of domestic and international destinations from <strong>Bergen, G\u00f6teborg, Stavanger and Trondheim<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #a71f31\">Paris, Brussels, Geneva and Nice in French-speaking Europe<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Among the new services, the takeover of the domestic route between Stockholm-Arlanda and Sundsvall in September will enable the Scandinavian SAS carrier to complete its Swedish network. SAS now serves all airports in Sweden and Norway.<\/p>\n<p>What's more,<strong> the carrier resumes its European flights to Amsterdam, Krakow, Dublin, Florence and Prague<\/strong>. SAS will also be increasing its connections to major European capitals. <strong>From Paris-CDG<\/strong>, <strong>SAS offers nine weekly flights to Copenhagen<\/strong> (one daily flight and an additional flight on Fridays and Sundays). The <strong>French capital<\/strong> also benefits from a <strong>daily flights to Oslo and Stockholm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The carrier also offers several weekly frequencies from the three Scandinavian capitals to <strong>Nice <\/strong>and several daily flights to <strong>Brussels<\/strong>. It also links Geneva to Copenhagen.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #a71f31\">The United States in the spotlight<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>On the<strong> long-courrie<\/strong>r, the <strong>programme<\/strong> <strong>Asia remains minimal<\/strong>. Bangkok, Delhi, Hong Kong, Beijing and Singapore are still not on the carrier's winter schedule. <strong>The airline only operates flights between Copenhagen and Shanghai and Tokyo.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, the upturn is real for the network to the United States. <strong>Copenhagen has services to six US cities<\/strong>. <strong>From September, the airline will be launching three weekly Airbus A321LR flights to Boston.<\/strong>. This will be the first time the carrier has offered a transatlantic flight with this aircraft. The carrier is also increasing its frequencies in September to <strong>Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington<\/strong>. Also in September, the company relaunched its <strong>Stockholm-New York<\/strong> (Newark).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Visit<\/strong> <strong>October<\/strong>, <strong>SAS resumes flights to Miami<\/strong> from the three Scandinavian capitals. Copenhagen and Stockholm enjoy three weekly frequencies and Oslo one flight a week. Lastly, the carrier, which already serves Copenhagen-Chicago on a daily basis, is announcing <strong>the resumption of the Stockholm-Chicago route in the autumn<\/strong>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Scandinavian carrier SAS has detailed its winter schedule.
