At a time when business travel is taking a beating, some of these developments focus on leisure destinations such as <strong>the luxury resort of Crans-Montana in Switzerland<\/strong> where the luxury Rhodania boutique hotel will become part of the Unbound by Hyatt Collection in 2023, joining the H\u00f4tel du Palais in Biarritz and the H\u00f4tel du Louvre in Paris. Another future member of this collection, but one that travellers will be able to discover from next October, is Il Tornabuoni in Florence, a 62-room luxury hotel housed in two Renaissance palaces, the Palazzo Minerbetti and the Palazzo Strozzi del Poeta.<\/p>\n<p>Still in Italy, and again this October, the JdV by Hyatt brand will be setting up in Rome, marking the launch of a new brand. <strong>the American group's debut in the Italian capital<\/strong>. Hyatt has signed a franchise agreement with the AG Hotels group, which also owns Il Tornabuoni, to brand the Tribune hotel. Located next to the famous Via Veneto, this 52-room upmarket design hotel will offer a rooftop restaurant, meeting rooms and an events area.<\/p>\n<p>Business tourists have not been forgotten in this development plan, and neither has France. This project concerns its lifestyle brand Hyatt Centric, expected to open on one of the German metropolis's main shopping streets, Moenckebergstrasse. Finally, not an opening, but an addition, since the Hyatt Regency Hesperia in Madrid will soon have a residential component with 22 top-of-the-range flats, the Hyatt Regency Madrid Residences, ranging
