IWG, the world leader in flexible workspaces with its Regus or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/accor-arena-metamorphose-coworking-20211001.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Spaces<\/a>has unveiled a study carried out last September among a sample of 1,000 working people, which shows that <strong>78.5 % of them feel more fulfilled now that they work flexibly<\/strong>. The habits acquired during the various confinements, the gain in quality of life, particularly in terms of managing day-to-day life between school outings and medical appointments: all these factors argue in favour of the<strong> ensuring the long-term future of this new business architecture<\/strong>expected by 64 % of respondents.<\/p>\n<p>Within this framework, a majority of workers would like to spend 2 (27%) to 3 (28%) days a week away from home, leaving room for a certain amount of organisational latitude, since almost half of the workers would like to be able to <strong>choose the day(s) on which they will be distance learning<\/strong>. The attractiveness of employers is judged by this flexibility, with four out of five people surveyed making it an essential criterion when applying for a job.<\/p>\n<p>Obviously, some of the figures in this study will give some grounds for satisfaction to the world leader in flexible workplaces, highlighting <strong>interest from professionals in third-party workplaces<\/strong> as an alternative to the office or home. 76 % of those questioned would like to be able to work in an office closer to home, with 82 % of respondents stressing that they would choose a local space to reduce their
