A new mobile application targeting the <strong>duty of care<\/strong>by offering an additional solution to travel managers and security officers. Based on TMC booking data, and on alerts that can be triggered at any time internationally, the managers concerned receive a notification via their smartphone, with a list of travellers potentially at risk. BCD Alert then enables them to contact these travellers quickly by SMS, e-mail or telephone, to enquire about their situation. The aim is to communicate quickly with various travellers, while specifically targeting those whose itinerary includes the destination affected by the event.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
