In the emirate, the luxury hotelier was already offering astonishing things, with some twenty <strong>chalets<\/strong> with a view of the <strong>the region's only ski slope<\/strong> within the Mall of the Emirates complex. Now it's a <strong>floating palace<\/strong> expected on the horizon <strong>2023<\/strong>. This innovative concept, designed by <strong>Seagate Shipyard<\/strong>convinced the hotelier to join the project, not only because of its cutting-edge technology, \"\u00a0<em>but also for its impeccable style and design<\/em>\" said Bernold Schroeder, CEO of the Kempinski Group.<\/p>\n<p>In an emirate where superlatives are the norm, the future <strong>Kempinski Floating Palace<\/strong> will not stand out with its <strong>156 rooms<\/strong> housed in its main building. Divided into four sections, the heart of the floating hotel will also offer all the services expected by customers, with gourmet restaurants and bars, a spa, swimming pools and boutiques, and even a space for exclusive banquets.<\/p>\n<p>Anchored off the coast of <strong>Jumeirah Beach<\/strong>Guests will be able to reach the hotel by speedboat from the quayside. But they will also be able to arrive by their own means - luxurious of course - as the Kempinski Floating Palace will have a very exclusive car park that can accommodate up to <strong>16 yachts<\/strong>all completed by a <strong>heliport<\/strong>. Larger boats can even cross the hotel by passing under the glass pyramid that acts as a link between the different parts of the building.<\/p>\n<p>To appeal to an obviously upmarket clientele, the Kempinski Floating Palace also offers for purchase or rental <strong>12 luxury villas<\/strong> linked by pontoons to the floating building. Two to four bedroom, two-storey flats with roof terraces, infinity pools and dedicated staff. So far, so different from the villas often offered by luxury hotels. The only difference is that <strong>these luxury homes are also boats!<\/strong> The villas can be detached from their base to sail to other anchorages at speeds of up to six nautical miles.
