Marriott, whose number of luxury hotels exceeds the 450 mark, will be expanding its offer of <strong>30 new establishments<\/strong>All part of a pipeline of 190 properties in the pipeline. Designed by interior architect Lorenzo Castillo, this exclusive hotel has just 49 rooms, including 10 suites with balconies overlooking the surrounding greenery. This noble house is focusing its offer on gastronomy, with a table by chef Rafael Pe\u00f1a, but also on meetings and events, with a partly outdoor space due to open in summer 2022. The Luxury Collection, which opened its doors this year with the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/collection-marques-light-histoire-20210511.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Matild Palace in Budapest<\/a>A number of new hotels are in the pipeline, including the stylish Josun Palace in South Korea, as well as a hotel in Tbilisi, Georgia, and others in India, the Dominican Republic and Mexico.<\/p>\n<p>Emanation of the famous New York palace,<strong> the St. Regis brand will pass the 50-hotel mark next year<\/strong>. After Cairo and Dubai in 2021, St. Regis will continue its expansion in the Middle East with the opening of the St. Regis Marsa Arabia Island, The Pearl in Qatar. In addition to resorts in Bermuda and the Riviera Maya in Mexico, which are aimed at business travellers, the brand will be making its major debut in the United States. <strong>Chicago<\/strong>in a building designed by Jeanne Gang. In Europe, St. Regis will set up shop in Belgrade, taking over the top nine floors of a tower overlooking the Danube. Following on from Osaka, Philadelphia, Melbourne and Xiamen in 2021, new Ws are expected next year in Sydney, London and London. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/hyde-w-lifestyle-dubai-20211117.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dubai<\/a> and Toronto. The brand, originally developed by the Starwood group and acquired by Marriott, has also recently appeared at<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/rome-lifestyle-marque-w-20211207.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Rome<\/a>where <strong>an Edition is being prepared<\/strong>. This is one of six new hotels that will be added next year to the offering of this brand jointly developed by Marriott and the pioneer of boutique and lifestyle hotels, Ian Schrager. Further editions are planned for Madrid in Europe, Doha in the Middle East and a second address in Tokyo, in the Ginza district.
