It has therefore tightened travel restrictions for all travellers. <strong>The measure also applies to citizens of other European Union countries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>EU travellers to Italy must now pass a <strong>screening test<\/strong> of the coronavirus before their departure. This also applies to travellers who have already received three injections against Covid-19. <strong>Rapid antigen tests (maximum 24 hours before departure) and PCR tests (48 hours before departure) are accepted.<\/strong>. An interactive questionnaire provides information on the measures applicable to each situation (Italian\/English).<\/p>\n<p>If you are arriving from outside France, the conditions for entering Italy can be consulted on the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, anyone travelling to Italy who has not completed a full course of vaccinations must undergo a pre-departure test, <strong>undergo a five-day quarantine period on arrival<\/strong>then take another test. Then, if the test proves negative, freedom.<\/p>\n<h3>Equivalent measures in Greece and Portugal<\/h3>\n<p>At the same time, the <strong>Portugal<\/strong> has also taken new measures: \"\u00a0<em>All travellers arriving in Portugal must present a negative test for Covid-19 (PCR less than 72 hours or antigenic less than 48 hours) before boarding, even if they have a health pass and a full vaccination schedule.<\/em>\" warns the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It adds: \"\u00a0<em>all passengers arriving in mainland Portugal by air, sea or in transit must individually complete the Passenger Location Form (PLF) before boarding the aircraft<\/em>\" .<\/p>\n<p>The form is also required for travel to the <strong>Greece<\/strong>and a PCR test less than 72 hours old since 19 December, regardless of the traveller's vaccination status.
