The <strong>France<\/strong> and <strong>United States<\/strong> have joined the <strong>\"red list<\/strong> defined by the Israeli authorities. \" <em>From Monday <strong>20 December<\/strong> 2021, midnight, France is placed on the red list by the State of Israel. As a result, foreign tourists (who do not hold an Israeli passport) will only be able to visit Israel if they receive special authorisation from the Exceptions Committee.<\/em> \"says the Israeli embassy in France.<\/p>\n<p>The Israeli embassy also states: \" <em><strong>Israeli citizens are banned from travelling to countries classified as red<\/strong>. On their return from a trip (outside Israeli territory), they must be placed in a <strong>full isolation<\/strong> for seven days. This measure also applies to people who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 or who have recovered from the disease.<\/em> \".
