This test must have been carried out within a period of <strong>24 hours before boarding<\/strong>. The government specifies that \"\u00a0<em>For flights to the French overseas departments and territories, the Prefect may, in the light of the local epidemiological situation, impose compelling reasons for departure from and arrival in the territories\".<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Germany<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Germany has classified mainland France and R\u00e9union as \"high-risk areas\". With the exception of border residents, travellers must present proof of full vaccination, proof of recovery or a negative test (PCR less than 72 hours old or antigenic test less than 48 hours old). What's more, they must <strong>people aged over 12 who have not been vaccinated should be self-quarantined<\/strong> for 10 days after arrival in Germany. After being screened on arrival, travellers must wait for the result of their test to be delivered within 24 hours at a hotel-type centre. A screening test must be carried out on the 5th day and on the last day of quarantine.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ivory Coast<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Both on departure from and on arrival in C\u00f4te d'Ivoire, travellers must present proof of<strong> negative COVID-19 test (PCR)<\/strong>This must be done within a maximum of 48 hours. The online form - available here - must be presented in printed form at check-in. A systematic temperature check is carried out on arrival at Abidjan airport. The authorities state that \"\u00a0<em>Travellers from countries where the Omicron variant has been detected are likely to have to undergo a new screening test.<\/em>\" and note that \"\u00a0<em>Travellers leaving C\u00f4te d'Ivoire must make an online payment of 25,000 FCFA (23,000 FCFA for the test and 2,000 FCFA for the online declaration).<\/em>\" .<\/p>\n<h3><strong>United Arab Emirates<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>Abu Dhabi :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All travellers arriving from France must present a <strong>negative PCR test<\/strong> valid for less than <strong>48 hours<\/strong>. An ICA form must be completed at least two days before the flight via the ICA Smart Travel Service platform. Travellers must also download the Alhosn application onto their mobile phone in order to obtain the Green Pass. This is required for access to museums, parks, restaurants and shopping centres. Vaccinated travellers who do not have the Alhosn application can still present a full vaccination certificate from their country of origin, or indicate their full vaccination status on their country of origin's application. They must also present a negative PCR test result within the last 14 days.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Dubai:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Passengers, regardless of vaccination status, on direct flights from France must present a<strong> negative PCR test<\/strong> valid for less than 72 hours.<br \/>\nIt should be noted that the authorities may subject any traveller to a new PCR test on arrival at the airport, with isolation pending the results. Only those who test positive will be subject to compulsory quarantine.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>United States<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Since the beginning of December 2021, all passengers travelling to the United States must present a <strong>negative PCR or antigenic test<\/strong> at least 24 hours before their flight to the United States. This rule applies to citizens of all countries, including US citizens, whether or not they have been vaccinated. In addition, on 1 January, the United States moved from the amber list to the <strong>red list<\/strong>. Unvaccinated American travellers wishing to visit France must now observe a ten-day quarantine.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Finland<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>From <strong>28 December<\/strong> at <strong>16 January<\/strong>A negative test within 48 hours of arrival in Finland is required, in addition to a certificate of vaccination or cure.<br \/>\nIt should be noted that passengers travelling for \"essential reasons\" and connecting passengers via Helsinki are not subject to the pre-test.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Greece<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Since 19 December, travellers over 5 years of age from France, regardless of their vaccination status, must present the <strong>negative PCR test result<\/strong> less than 72 hours old. In addition, random screening for Covid-19 (PCR or antigenic) may be requested on arrival. Location form to be completed on site <a href=\"https:\/\/travel.gov.gr\/#\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">https:\/\/travel.gov.gr\/#\/<\/a> before arrival.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Hong Kong<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Already <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/air-france-lufthansa-hong-kong-20211209.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">particularly complex<\/a> because of the long quarantine imposed on arrival, travel to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/oublier-role-international-hong-kong-20211101.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hong Kong<\/a><\/strong> are now banned altogether. The authorities have unveiled the <strong>5 January<\/strong> a list of <strong>eight countries<\/strong> affected by this ban. The list includes <strong>France<\/strong>The United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, India, Pakistan, Australia and the Philippines. In addition, since 16 January, it has also been forbidden to <strong>transit<\/strong> via Hong Kong airport.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Indonesia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>After initially reopening the islands of Bali and Bintan last October, Indonesia is now taking a tougher line with certain countries, including Indonesia. <strong>France<\/strong>. Since <strong>7 January<\/strong>The Indonesian authorities are applying a total ban on all travellers from France. Denmark, Norway, the United Kingdom and several African countries are also affected. An exemption may be granted to travellers \"endorsed\" by an official authority (ministry) or travelling as part of an official delegation. However, a 10-day quarantine will be imposed.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ireland<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Since the beginning of December 2021, all travellers aged 12 and over arriving from abroad must present a negative result of a <strong>antigen test less than 48 hours old or PCR less than 72 hours old<\/strong>. For people who have not been vaccinated or have not recently recovered, only RT-PCR tests will be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Location form to be completed on the Irish government website before arrival.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Israel<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Israel placed France on the Red List on 20 December. As a result, unless special authorisation has been granted by the Exceptions Committee, travellers from France must <strong>no entry<\/strong>. It should be noted that dual nationals holding Israeli nationality may travel to Israel, but will have to be placed in total isolation for a period of seven days. On 3 January, however, Israel announced measures to ease the restrictions, which come into force on 9 January. Vaccinated travellers from countries on the orange list will once again be accepted. They will have to undergo a test (PCR or antigenic) before boarding the plane, followed by another test (PCR) on arrival. This will be followed by a mandatory 24-hour isolation period. For their part, people who have not been vaccinated must remain in quarantine for five days, at the address indicated on the traceability form. The quarantine will end at the end of this period, after another negative test. It should be noted, however, that staff of companies or institutions whose head office or secondary office is in Italy are exempt from testing for stays of 120 hours, in the case of proven business travel.<\/p>\n<p>Location form to be completed on the app.euplf.eu\/#\/ website before arrival.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the <strong>29 December<\/strong> evening, the Italian government announced the generalisation of the <strong>vaccination pass<\/strong> from <strong>10 January<\/strong>. Named <strong>\"Reinforced Green Pass<\/strong>it will then become <strong>mandatory<\/strong> in most centres of interest for business travellers. These include <strong>hotels, convention centres and \".\u00a0<\/strong><em><strong>means of transport<\/strong> including local or regional public transport<\/em>\" the decree states. The first phase, which began on 1 January, will allow nationals of 30 countries (including Laos) to enter the country. <strong>France<\/strong>the <strong>Belgium<\/strong> and the <strong>Switzerland<\/strong>) to visit \"green tourism\" areas. These include the capital Vientiane, the major towns of Pakse and Savannakhet, and the historic capital Luang Prabang. Other provinces and nationalities will follow in a second phase in April, then a third in July. However, the Moroccan authorities have not yet specified the formalities that will be required for travellers to access its territory, simply announcing that \"a technical commission is currently examining the measures to be adopted at border crossings and the conditions required for travellers, which will be announced at a later date\". Air links between France and Morocco had been <strong>suspended on 28 November<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Norway<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>All travellers, even those who have been immunised or have a complete vaccination schedule, must undergo a <strong>screening test on arrival<\/strong> in Norway. Travellers from red countries (including France) without a full vaccination schedule will have to undergo quarantine on arrival, which may be interrupted on the 3rd day if the PCR test is negative. Entry form to be completed online before arrival at https:\/\/reg.entrynorway.no\/<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Netherlands<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Metropolitan France, including French overseas departments and territories, is classified as a \"high-risk\" country. Travellers over the age of 12 arriving from France must show proof of identity. <strong>proof of vaccination<\/strong> or their recovery, or the negative result of a PCR test less than 48 hours old or an antigen test less than 24 hours old.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Poland<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Travellers arriving from France must present a <strong>proof of vaccination<\/strong> or a negative PCR or antigen test less than 48 hours old to avoid a 10-day quarantine.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Portugal<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>All travellers over the age of 12, even if they have a health pass and a full vaccination schedule, are required to present <strong>a negative test<\/strong> (PCR less than 72 hours or antigenic less than 48 hours) before boarding.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Romania<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>France has been placed in a \"red zone\". To avoid quarantine on arrival, travellers arriving from France are required to show proof of a <strong>full vaccination<\/strong> or proof of recovery. People outside this framework staying in Romania between 24 and 72 hours must present a negative PCR test less than 72 hours old. Locate form to be completed on the plf.gov.ro website 24 hours before arrival.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>United Kingdom<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>From 11 February, a negative test will no longer be required for fully vaccinated travellers to the UK. They must also obtain a \"Vaccinated Travel pass\" between 7 and 30 days before departure from the Singapore government's Safe Travel website (https:\/\/eservices.ica.gov.sg\/STO\/).<\/p>\n<p>With the arrival of the Omicron variant, Singapore has introduced a series of regular tests. On days 2, 4, 5 and 6, travellers must carry out antigen self-tests using ART kits and submit their results online. On days 3 and 7, these self-tests should be carried out in a rapid test centre, so that they can be supervised.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Switzerland<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>With the exception of cross-border commuters, all travellers from France, including those who have been vaccinated and those who have recovered, must present<strong> PCR test less than 72 hours old or antigen test less than 24 hours old<\/strong> before entry. In addition, travellers who have not been vaccinated or who have recovered from the disease will have to undergo a second test, either PCR or antigenic, between the fourth and seventh day after arrival, at their own expense. During this isolation period, two PCR tests will be carried out in a certified hotel room. This must be paid for in advance, as must the two tests. Travellers have more flexibility by staying in Phuket for seven days under the \"Sandbox\" programme, at the end of which they can travel to another destination. Random screening tests may be carried out on arrival.
