The MOB concept has now found its long-stay incarnation with the inauguration of the MOB House, right next to the first MOB Hotel<\/a> launched in 2017 by entrepreneur, philosopher and designer Cyril Aouizerate. Still at heart of the Puces de Saint-Ouen<\/strong> with Philippe Starck on the design side and Michel Reybier on the investment side.<\/p>\n

While the first MOB highlighted the development of this booming district in the eyes of travellers and Parisian customers, the MOB House is aimed at nomadic workers and travelling entrepreneurs, with accommodation comprising 100 \"3 in 1\" rooms<\/strong>. In other words, a room that combines a large bedroom, an office and a fully-fledged meeting room in a single modular space, all of which makes for top-of-the-range accommodation with palace-quality beds, solid oak parquet flooring and an eco-responsible approach, like the rest of the hotel, with walls treated with a mixture of clay and straw, some strands of which you can still make out.<\/p>\n

But the venue also lends itself to business meetings outside the walls of the rooms. Close to reception, \"\u00a0a few divans and coffee tables welcome the guests.working meetings<\/strong><\/em>says Cyril Aouizerate. There's also the 'conspirators' table', which we like to call the 'Politburo', where a dozen or so people can meet, think and act.<\/em>\u00a0\"<\/p>\n
