Particularly with the Covid crisis. I think that in the current context of uncertainty, <strong>a travel agency could even slow down the refund process<\/strong> of a plane ticket, with airlines and agencies often passing the buck! So I took care of all the formalities myself, consulting the <a href=\"http:\/\/diplomatie.gouv.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">French government<\/a> which provides up-to-date information.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #a71f31\">What was the most difficult part of this journey for you?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>J.-F. -<\/strong> It was in fact the rules that are changing and forcing people to buy a ticket at the last minute, with all the constraints that this can imply in terms of the cost of the ticket or itineraries. There is an obstacle, I think, with information that is often poorly relayed: that of transit and arrival airports.<strong> their transfer conditions<\/strong>t. We have very little information from the airline about the covid formalities at the stopover and the logic of the transfer. This is a factor that will affect the choice of airline.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #a71f31\">What did you find most complex once you were there?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>J.-F. -<\/strong> Apart from the uncertainty of testing positive and having to isolate yourself, there is always the fear of a last-minute change in legislation in the country of arrival, as well as on return to France. The other slightly complex problem is the requirement for a<strong> PCR test<\/strong>This is something to bear in mind when travelling on business.
