Launched in 2016 in Amsterdam and this year in Copenhagen and Vienna, this brand of Dutch origin stands out for its <strong>loft-style studios with designer, modular furniture<\/strong> where the bed is placed in a mezzanine to give way to the main living and working space. Located opposite Paris's new law courts, in the booming ZAC Clichy Batignolles district and at the foot of line 14, <strong>this mixed-use project is one of the winners of the R\u00e9inventer Paris competition<\/strong>particularly for its sustainable dimension.
