On Monday, the airline announced the launch of this seasonal flight between <strong>Nice<\/strong> and <strong>Abu Dhabi<\/strong> the <strong>15 June<\/strong> next year. Etihad will then operate two flights a week, each <strong>Wednesday<\/strong> and <strong>Sunday<\/strong>. Flights will be operated in <strong>Boeing 787<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p>This is the first time Etihad will operate flights to Nice<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\" <em>This is the first time Etihad will operate flights to Nice<\/em> \"Etihad's Senior Vice President Global Sales and Cargo, Martin Drew. The airline is thus following in the footsteps of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/gulf-air-nice-2-20220223.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Gulf Air<\/strong>which also announced<\/a> at the end of February the launch of <strong>two weekly flights<\/strong> to Nice airport from <strong>1st June<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\">\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/extension-terminal-2-nice-20221006.html\/\" data-id=\"133129\">Nice Airport: the court gives the green light to the extension of Terminal 2<\/a><\/p>\r\n<\/aside>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>More generally, these two announcements reflect a return to activity that is more in line with Nice airport's standards. The airport plans to <strong>over a hundred destinations<\/strong> for the summer season to some forty countries, with around twenty new products. Before the crisis, in summer 2019, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/mice-cote-dazur-nice-20211025.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nice<\/a> C\u00f4te d'Azur was connected to 121 destinations in 44 countries. \" <em>Despite the restrictions imposed by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/ukraine-russie-international-sos-20220304.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">geopolitical situation<\/a>Nice C\u00f4te d'Azur Airport's strong summer programme marks <strong>another step towards a return to normality<\/strong>necessary and important for <strong>enable our region to regain economic and cultural activity<\/strong> essential and lasting<\/em> \"Franck Goldnadel, Chairman of the Board of A\u00e9roports de la C\u00f4te d'Azur, is delighted.
