As part of this drive to extend its activities from morning to night, and throughout the year, the Accor Arena has formed a partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/iwg-essor-mondial-habitudes-travail-20220107.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the IWG group<\/a> to extend the field of experience to hybrid work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This development, favoured by the former POPB's proximity to the Gare de Lyon and the headquarters of numerous companies and the French Ministry of Finance, also meets IWG's aspirations for workplaces with extensive services. \"\u00a0<em>This collaboration has enabled us to put into practice a long-standing project to bring work not only as close as possible to employees' homes, but also to their families.<strong> as close as possible to their extra-professional activities<\/strong><\/em>\" explains Christophe Burckhart, Managing Director of IWG France, who admits that the example of Spaces Accor Arena has given him ideas for rolling out this offer elsewhere, for example in stadiums in the provinces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The world leader in flexible workspaces has already ventured into a sports stadium with a Regus business centre permanently housed there. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/regus-simplante-au-stade-de-france-20141129.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">at the Stade de France since 2014<\/a>. But with Spaces Accor Arena, the idea goes much further, making the most of the venue's off-peak periods. <strong>by converting its dressing rooms and lounges for professional use<\/strong>. As for the dressing rooms adjoining the concert hall, all 25 m2 in size, 40 of them are<strong> Convertible into private offices for four people<\/strong>. Equipped with a sofa, television and high table, they are ideal for informal business discussions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete the offer, four of these dressing rooms are used as creative meeting rooms and can be hired by the hour, half-day or day. Each of these loges features a well-known brand - Spotify, Heineken, Instagram and Facebook - and plays on the ambience and emblematic colours of these brands, from green to blue to orange-red. In addition, the Infinity bar lends itself to informal meetings during the day or meetings between coworkers at the end of the day, with Spaces Accor Arena customers also benefiting from <strong>15% discount<\/strong> at the Ami Coq restaurant and Johnny's bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/allianz-riviera-nice-hq-coworking-20221025.html\/\" data-id=\"135211\">An HQ coworking space at the Allianz Riviera stadium in Nice<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, the big question remains: what happens to all these nomadic workers on the day of the events, as the big concerts approach? They are invited to <strong>leave the premises at 2 p.m.<\/strong>There are lockers so that they can leave their belongings in complete safety, but they are welcome back the next morning at 8am. The Spaces centre compensates for these minor inconveniences with attractive pricing, including workstations at \u20ac350 per month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the opening of a coworking centre on its premises,<strong> the Accor Arena completes its offer dedicated to corporate clients<\/strong>These range from nomadic professionals who need to rest for a few hours to large-scale events for up to 20,000 people in the main hall. This MICE offering will soon be enhanced by the opening in September of the Phantom, a festive, modular venue designed by Paris Society. Featuring an industrial decor, mirrors on the ceiling and a mezzanine with cosy areas, the Phantom is mainly dedicated to aftershows and smaller concerts, but will also be able to host seminars for
