Our core business remains thalassotherapy, although we also have a thermal spa business in resorts such as Dax, Saint-Lary and Aix-les-Bains. We have fourteen sites in France and we market three sites internationally: Essaouira (Morocco), Timi Ama (Sardinia) and Tombolo (Italy).<\/p>\n
M. G. - In this market, the global code has become that of the spa and it's within this code that we need to evolve, including in the world of thalassotherapy. Between day-spas, spa destinations attached to hotels and the green spas that are emerging, particularly in northern Europe, this is a market that is beginning to take shape but which is still poorly regulated, particularly in terms of training. Between health therapy and relaxation and pleasure, we are seeking to combine the best of both worlds, with a strong prevalence of thalassotherapy, which is a highly regulated field, with a clearly identified raw material - seawater - products validated by research laboratories, substantial infrastructures and a team of real professionals (physiotherapists, doctors, dieticians, etc.) who ensure that the treatments are properly sequenced.<\/p>\n
M. G. - Quite naturally. We say: \"The company is a living organism, let's take care of the energies that make it up\". In other words, the best way to develop an employee is to talk to his or her body. We are very successful with groups of 15-20 people, but also on the motivation market: a thalassotherapy holiday is a product that you don't necessarily think about yourself, but which is a great pleasure when you receive it.<\/p>\n
M. G. - To help companies support the theme of their seminar, we offer five modules: \"movement\", \"nutrition\", \"mental\", \"posture\" and \"self-image\". Each module begins with an individual interview with a specialist - a dietician, for example, in the case of the 'nutrition' module - and continues with a group discussion, followed by a playful section with practical solutions to the problems identified during the exercise.<\/p>\n
M. G. - In 2012, we will be opening an \"active health centre\" on the site of the former Molitor swimming pool in Paris. The centre will be coupled with an MGallery with around a hundred rooms. The idea is then to promote this concept in other European capitals. What's more, the unique aspect of our proposal - a global hotel group with integrated 'wellness' expertise - means that we can be approached as a consultant or operator in a large number of countries. In particular, we have been approached for projects in South Korea and the Middle East.<\/p>\n
