This is the final stage before the new legal structure is set up at the beginning of April, followed by the start of operations in May, with a service expected to be available by 2024.<\/em>\" said an SNCF spokeswoman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/nouvel-eurostar-thalys-disparaitra-20230124.html\/\" data-id=\"141127\">New Eurostar: the Thalys brand will disappear in September\u00a0<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-sncf-restera-majoritaire-dans-le-nouvel-eurostar\">SNCF to retain majority stake in new Eurostar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>SNCF is expected to own 55.7 % of the new Eurostar company.<strong> with the Thalys brand set to disappear<\/strong> -The remainder of the capital will be shared between the other current shareholders of the carrier linking London to Paris and Brussels. Passengers, and business travellers in particular, will benefit from<strong>additional opportunities for journeys and connections between the two networks<\/strong>.
