With 1,203,170 rooms worldwide, but a net gain of more than 100,000 rooms over 2021 (+9.91TP3Q), the Chinese hotelier continues to expand its footprint in Asia, with its Jinjiang, Kun Lun and Metropolo brands. But the group that owns <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/concepts-marques-interview-houdebine-louvre-hotels-20211102.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Louvre Hotels<\/a> and parent company of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/marques-developpement-interview-schuermans-radisson-20210514.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Radisson Hotel Group<\/a> is also a major player beyond the Far East, benefiting from the dynamism of its Western subsidiaries.<\/p>\n<p>The rankings published by MKG highlight<strong> the continuing growth momentum of Chinese hoteliers<\/strong>. In the same way as Jin Jiang, the Huazhu group can play on several fronts to extend its network. In addition to its Hanting, Ji, Cristal Orange and Blossom House brands in China, the group also owns <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/steigenberger-chine-20201201.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Deutsche Hospitality<\/a> from 2019 and is benefiting from the expansion of the Steigenberger and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/intercity-budapest-pays-bas-20210505.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">InterCity<\/a>. Still the world's third-largest hotel operator, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/hilton-doubler-portefeuille-france-20220315.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hilton Worldwide<\/a> continues to grow at a sustained rate (+5.51TP3Q), while the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/activite-developpement-france-viale-ihg-20220112.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> British IHG<\/a> maintained its fourth place despite a stagnation in the number of hotels in 2021 (-0.6%).
