From four establishments opened at the end of last year, Accor's youthful lifestyle brand is set to quickly surpass 1,000 establishments. And that's in China alone, thanks to the signing of a master franchise agreement between the joint venture <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/accor-position-lifestyle-20201125.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ennismore<\/a>which will develop the lifestyle brands, and Funyard Hotels and Resorts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This exclusive strategic partner of the brand is committed to opening at least <strong>1,300 Jo&amp;Joe in mainland China<\/strong>The first of these will be opened this year. This massive expansion plan will speed up the internationalisation of the brand. This friendly, festive atmosphere is set to be extended to other destinations, as well as the announced development in China,<strong> the brand will be heading for South America<\/strong> This year with a hotel in Medellin, Colombia, in the tourist district of El Poblado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another development expected on this continent is the opening of a Jo&amp;Joe in Rio de Janeiro, at the foot of the Corcovado and the famous Christ the Redeemer. Integrated into the Largo do Boticario architectural complex, which includes a restaurant, two bars, three swimming pools and a coworking space with meeting rooms, the<strong> Jo&amp;Joe Rio<\/strong> will offer private rooms and 320 beds for up to 10 people.
