While its announced expansion in Russia, with a dozen hotels in the pipeline, is being postponed for the foreseeable future, the brand recently opened its first hotel in Africa, in Accra, Ghana, and has a number of projects on the continent. Offering 49 rooms and suites, the hotel also has two restaurants, one of which is rooftop. \"\u00a0<em>We are proud to welcome the first Radisson Individuals in Turkey, further diversifying our brand offering in this market.<\/em>said Yilmaz Yildirimlar, Senior Vice President for Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and Turkey at the Radisson Hotel Group. <em>Despite all the challenges, Turkey has grown steadily and remains one of the most popular countries for tourism.<\/em>. \"<\/p>\n<p>The group can now count on five brands to underpin its expansion, which is set to accelerate. While Radisson Hotel Group was aiming to reach the <strong>50 hotels in operation and under development<\/strong> by 2025, these targets, announced last year, have been shortened to <strong>end 2023<\/strong>. The success of the Radisson Individuals brand in Turkey is no stranger to this, despite the fact that 75% of the local hotel industry is made up of independent hotels. Among the ten openings expected this year,<strong> the lifestyle brand <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/radisson-red-vienne-20220330.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Radisson RED<\/a> will also be making its debut in Turkey<\/strong> with a 106-room leisure hotel in Izmir. A resort destination which will also see the appearance of a 220-room Radisson Blu in the top-of-the-range segment.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the hotel group will also <strong>strengthen its pre-eminent position in Istanbul<\/strong>In Istanbul, Radisson Hotel Group has nearly 20 hotels in operation and under development.
