These include a Novotel Living establishment that has just opened its doors in<strong> Almaty<\/strong>. Its opening had been announced since the end of last year and the opening of an ibis Almaty Jetisu in the former capital of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/astana-promesses-20180706.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kazakhstan<\/a>. The flats all feature a kitchenette, soundproofed work space and a television with Yandex Stations intelligent speakers. This technological dimension is complemented by the Alice voice assistant, which allows customers to control the temperature and lighting in the room, play music and also pull out the integrated convertible bed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the neighbouring ibis was designed in a contemporary style by the Urbon Design studio, the design of Novotel Living was created by the Sundukovy sisters, with an equally contemporary feel. Multifunctional, the complex's lobby incorporates shared services such as the <strong>Line Brew Reserve restaurant<\/strong> offering a selection of beers produced in the hotel's own brewery, as well as a fitness centre and laundry service. For seminars, corporate events and banquets, the hotel also offers <strong>a 60 m\u00b2 meeting room<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/haut-gamme-johannesbourg-tachkent-20220627.html\/\" data-id=\"126999\">Top-of-the-range in Johannesburg, Tashkent and Tirana<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>Another Central Asian metropolis, Tashkent has seen the opening of<strong>a Radisson Individuals, the Panarams Hotel Tashkent<\/strong>the first member of this collection dedicated to independent hotels in the region. The capital of Uzbekistan has seen the Radisson group set up in the city centre, in a new, welcoming district of <strong>several major embassies<\/strong>There are also a number of bars and restaurants. Not far from one of the largest congress centres in Central Asia and just a 15-minute drive from the airport, the hotel offers 105 rooms and suites, a panoramic restaurant, a spa with swimming pool and sauna, as well as<strong> a 225 m\u00b2 multi-purpose conference room<\/strong> and another room for smaller meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>\n<h3>Iraq: Hyatt lays the foundations in Kurdistan<\/h3>\n<p>Pending the planned opening of a 204-room Hyatt Regency in Erbil in 2026, the American group has already taken its first steps in the capital of Iraqi Kurdistan with <strong>Hyatt Regency Erbil Residences<\/strong>. Next door to the future Hyatt, the residence offers a solution for long-term business stays next to the <strong>World Trade Center Erbil<\/strong>.
