This project is part of <strong>renewal of the area around Saint Roch station<\/strong>This historic district is undergoing a complete transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this context, <strong>Eklo sticks to its low-carbon strategy<\/strong>The refurbishment of the site will follow a virtuous process. Located in the city centre, close to Place de la Com\u00e9die, the hotel will offer 110 rooms ranging from 10 to 25 m2, large communal areas designed by Studio Janr\u00e9ji, a restaurant and bar, a meeting area, as well as a patio and terrace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eklo has set itself a target of forty hotels within 10 years, and further developments are expected in France's main cities, starting with Paris, at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/eklo-porte-versailles-2023-20220413.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Porte de Versailles exhibition
