Following the opening of a hotel in Rome at the end of last year, in two nineteenth-century palaces near the Spanish Steps that have been given a contemporary makeover, Marriott International has announced the signing of two new projects in Italy. Located in the Piazza del Municipio, in the heart of local life and just a stone's throw from the Molo Beverello port where you can set off for Capri and Pompeii, what was once a bank will house a limited number of rooms - 78 - including 17 suites, some with private terraces. There will also be a brand-name restaurant, the W Lounge, and a fitness centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the lifestyle brand is also announced in Florence, these new developments will bring a new dimension to the brand. <strong>expand W Hotels' footprint in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region<\/strong>.
