A study by <strong>BCD Travel<\/strong> carried out in February and March of this year, provides some insights into the current situation of business travellers, the measures taken within companies, and the avenues for improvement that need to be explored. This is because <strong>51% of respondents<\/strong> report that the company has put in place support in this area. However, it is important to know how to support travellers to help them cope with the challenges they face. <strong>friction points<\/strong> before, during and after the trip. In view of the timing of the study <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/formalites-deplacement-ressources-20220118.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">regulations and restrictions<\/a> applying to international travel, in connection with the health crisis, are cited as the main source of stress by business travellers (54%). Booking a replacement flight in the event of cancellation (44%) and striking the right balance between business travel and personal life (41%) are the other two priority challenges for travellers. On this last point, the <strong>bleisure<\/strong> (54%) and additional recovery time on return from the trip (53%) would be areas for improvement, as would the possibility of inviting one or more family members on a business trip (50%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/bcd-sabre-partenariat-technologique-20221104.html\/\" data-id=\"135797\">BCD and Sabre strengthen their technology partnership<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image size-full wp-image-125879\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"313\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/bcd-travel-etude.jpg\" alt=\"BCD Travel \" class=\"wp-image-125879\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/bcd-travel-etude.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/bcd-travel-etude-300x134-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><figcaption>The main sources of stress during a business trip, according to a study published by BCD Travel<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As for the <strong>travel policies<\/strong> that contribute most effectively to this well-being dossier, the recipe for success seems to be relatively unchanged... namely a <strong>direct flight<\/strong> (70%) on which passengers can <strong>choose your seat<\/strong> (59%), at the end of which he will join a <strong>strategically located hotel<\/strong> (58%). Access to fast-track for security checks (58%) and business class for long-haul flights (54%) are also very popular. The logical consequence of this ranking is that complex - because they are short - stopovers (53%) are among the main sources of stress for business travellers, after flight cancellations or delays (64%) and ahead of long-haul travel in economy class (40%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another lesson from the BCD Travel study is that the management of <strong>expense reports<\/strong> remains a sensitive issue for business travellers. It is still the second biggest source of post-travel stress (45%), along with catching up on work tasks (51%) and domestic tasks (39%)...notes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside
