The Rosewood group, which owns the Crillon in Paris among other hotels, has signed an agreement with its owner, the real estate company Signa Prime Selection, to take over management of the hotel from 2025. Its historic fa\u00e7ade, grand spiral staircase and all the features that made it famous will be restored. <strong>integrated into a new design<\/strong>. The refurbishment also incorporates the new eco-responsible standards, with the Hotel Bauer aiming for triple certification: Green Pass, Klima Haus and LEED Gold.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>While the hotel currently has 137 rooms and 54 suites, its offer will be reduced to<strong> just over 110 keys, more than half of which will be suites<\/strong>These include signature suites and a presidential suite. The restaurant offer will include a restaurant and bar on the ground floor, as well as a gourmet restaurant and a top-of-the-range bar on the upper floors, complete with a terrace. In addition to an outdoor swimming pool and bar on the eighth floor, the hotel will also be crowned by<strong> a rooftop garden dedicated to events<\/strong> with idyllic views over Venice. <br \/><br \/>\"\u00a0<em>We are delighted to strengthen Rosewood's presence in Europe with this essential addition in a city as beautiful and well-loved as Venice.<\/em>\" said Radha Arora, President of Rosewood Hotels &amp; Resorts. While the luxury group already has a hotel in Tuscany, Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco, Rosewood is preparing its expansion in Italy, with a hotel also expected to open in the near future. <strong>in Rome in 2024<\/strong>On Via Veneto, the former headquarters of the Banca Nazionale del Lavoro will be transformed into a hotel with 157 rooms and suites.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<aside
