A vegetarian dish will also be systematically offered and all meals will be prepared entirely in France. <strong>The company favours local products, respecting seasonal variations<\/strong> and encouraging sustainable farming practices. <strong>This strategic shift concerns all classes of service<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And also.., <strong>as part of the fight against food waste<\/strong>This year, Air France is rolling out <strong>the option of pre-selecting a hot meal in the Business cabin before departure<\/strong>. This service combines guaranteed availability of the customer's choice with fairer consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And finally.., <strong>Air France commits to recycling and eliminating 90% of plastic<\/strong> on board its aircraft <strong>by early 2023<\/strong>.
