Dubbed 'Far Out' this year, the presentation saw the unveiling of the new iPhone 14 series. The new range comes in two standard versions: the iPhone 14 and the iPhone 14 Plus, a larger model that goes against the grain of the iPhone Mini, which failed to find its audience. At the same time, and these are the models that will be of most interest to business travellers, Apple has unveiled <strong>two Pro versions offering 5G connectivity and high performance<\/strong>. Among its assets, it offers a battery life of one day and incorporates 50 % of additional memory bandwidth. Above all, it supports the Photonic Engine computer processing system, for optimal photos and videos, even in low-light conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relying on a 12MP ultra-wide-angle, 3x optical zoom and TrueDepth front camera with a \u0192\/1.9 aperture for sharper selfies and video in low-light conditions, the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max photo system will respond <strong>to meet the expectations of amateurs and professionals alike<\/strong>. What's more, for the first time this Pro range includes a new 48MP main camera with a quad-pixel sensor that adapts to the shot, as well as an optical stabilisation system. When it comes to video, these premium smartphones offer a Cinematic mode now available in 4K quality, as well as a new Action mode that adapts to jolts. Starting with the replacement of the traditional rectangular notch at the top of the screen, dedicated to the selfie sensor and Face ID, by a sort of small pill, <strong>an island becoming a major element in the user experience<\/strong>. The upper part of the screen features the new Dynamic Island function. Songs played on Spotify, notifications, timer or stopwatch: everything is displayed in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-iphone-14-pro-aux-fonctionnalites-nouvelles\">New iPhone 14 Pro features<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the same way, these two models incorporate another new feature. Its new Super Retina XDR screen offers a refresh rate limited to 1 Hz and uses energy-saving technologies,<strong> the iPhone 14 Pro screen is always activated<\/strong>. The iPhone 14s inaugurate the \"\u00a0<strong>Satellite emergency call<\/strong>\" This will enable users to connect directly to a satellite to contact the emergency services. \"\u00a0<em>Because every second counts, the Satellite Emergency Calling feature displays a few vital questions on the iPhone to assess the person's condition, then tells them how to orientate their phone to connect to a satellite. Both focused on health, the Apple Watch Series 8 and the Apple Watch SE incorporate the new Accident Detection feature found on the iPhone 14 Pro. As for health, in addition to its electrocardiogram app, the Apple Watch Series 8 offers, for example <strong>new developments in temperature measurement<\/strong>The device features a sensor on the wrist to monitor women's health, in particular to estimate the ovulation period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More upmarket, and <strong>for experienced sportsmen and extreme sports enthusiasts<\/strong>While the Apple Watch Ultra is extremely robust, with a 49 mm titanium case for the first time, the Apple Watch Ultra also features a number of new, ultra-precise GPS functions to help you estimate the distance you've travelled and keep track of your route in training and competition conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its many functions are aimed at both trail runners - with measurements of stride length or running power, for example, or personalised training - and adventure enthusiasts, with, in particular, a <strong>app Boussole revisited,<\/strong> a battery life that can be extended up to 60 hours by activating an energy-saving mode, or an 86-decibel alarm that can be triggered to attract urgent attention in the event of wandering or injury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for water sports, recreational divers, for example, will be able to use their watch at depths of up to 40 metres thanks to the new Oceanic+ app. <strong>A real dive computer <\/strong>which analyses no-decompression limits, ascent rate and
