All this is integrated into Amex GBT's cloud-based reporting tool, with information on the number of flights affected, the percentage of travellers responding to messages sent by PTC and the airlines most affected. \"\u00a0<em>Other incident management services are planned for the coming months, including post-disruption registration surveys.<\/em>\" says Amex GBT. <strong>Other forthcoming developments<\/strong> These include additional instant messaging services to connect with travel advisors and value-added services from third parties.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The Proactive Traveler Care package includes <strong>proactive and automated assistance services<\/strong> and multi-channel connection tools - Amex GBT mobile application, SMS and WhatsApp messages. For travellers, the solution also enables them to share changes to their itinerary in real time.
