For the last ten years, we've been in the business of offsetting carbon credits. Now we've entered a different era, the opposite of the offsetting idea: that of knowing how, through our hotels, we can contribute to the local community<\/strong>We're often creating hotels where there were none before. We often create hotels where there were none before. This raises the question of the impact that this establishment will have on the surrounding environment, and the materials that will be used to build it.
