This vast urban project is already home to major companies such as PWC, Intesa San Paolo, Deloitte and IWG, the world leader in shared workplaces, la Cloche d'Or, in Luxembourg,<\/strong> will continue its development with a B&B Hotels brand hotel. Expected to open in the first half of 2025, the hotel will complete the contemporary development of this sustainable neighbourhood. Launched some twenty years ago, the Cloche d'Or<\/a> began with the arrival of businesses and a large shopping centre, complemented by new residential buildings.
