Logis H\u00f4tels certainly doesn't have the international reach of a group like Accor, Louvre Hotels or B&B. But the chain is nonetheless a major player in the French hotel industry, with more than 2,000 hotels. Extensively deployed throughout France, its network represents nearly 16% of the French hotel offer <\/strong>with hotel-restaurants that are well-established locally And known to itinerant business travellers in particular for their packages evening events<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Like voluntary chains, Logis H\u00f4tels' offer has until now been based on a system of membership for these independent establishments under flexible conditions guaranteeing their independence. The Group is now developing its model by adding the following to its portfolio management contracts<\/strong>in the same way as hotel groups. Owners and investors will be able to delegate all or part of the operational management of their hotels to Logis H\u00f4tels.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

At the same time, the Group is expanding its portfolio of brands, which now comprises six banners the launch of Singuliers H\u00f4tels<\/strong>. This new brand will bring together four- and five-star establishments with a strong sustainable spirit, and will have an original development model based on sponsorship and co-option of future hoteliers by existing members. In parallel with this move upmarket, Logis H\u00f4tels also intends to reposition its Demeures & Ch\u00e2teaux brand - based, as its name suggests, on sites with a rich heritage - in the 3 premium and 4 star segment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

At the same time as revamping its range of brands, the group is emphasising the responsible dimension of its business, with Logis H\u00f4tels being the only hotel network mandated by ADEME to deploy the Sustainable Tourism Fund. On the one hand, to promote the best responsible practices of hoteliers, and on the other, to raise awareness among travellers of the need to adopt sustainable reflexes: Logis H\u00f4tels plans to deploy a CSR indicator<\/strong> in all its 2,200 establishments by 2024.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
