The chairs have been replaced by comfortable armchairs that can also be converted into footstools. All mounted on castors. In no time at all, small groups can be formed to work in sub-teams. No more squirming to discuss or look at the document to be studied. Nor is there any need to wait for the official coffee break. The meeting room has its own relaxation area with a Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and light snacks. Unless you'd prefer to sit at the bar with a laptop, as the space doubles up as a multimedia console. Eurek@ is also innovating when it comes to marketing. The room is rented on an all-inclusive basis, from equipment to snacks and lunch.
