Lobster Topinambour with vanilla as a starter, and Sea bream and butternut with tangy butter and chestnuts as a main course. <\/span><br><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span> <strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">December 2022<\/span><\/strong> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Two-starred chef<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">David Toutain<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">will be offering a Press\u00e9 of beef, potato and aubergine caviar, as well as a Blanquette of monkfish, coconut lemongrass and carrots with lemon balm.
